I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel nestled in the beautiful Eifel area. The value for money was exceptional, especially compared to other options in the region. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the nicely appointed rooms to the basic amenities provided. I was particularly impressed with the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, making me feel genuinely welcomed during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location in the foothills of the Eiffel mountains provided a peaceful and picturesque setting. Lastly, the breakfast selection offered a variety and choice that exceeded my expectations.

No improvement needed. Everything was just as it should be.

Great location, everything was close by and easily accessible. The restaurant was amazing, the food was faultless and the wine list was extensive. We also really enjoyed the balcony in our room, it was great to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful view of the river.

the staff did not seem interested in resolving the issue and were not accommodating to our requests. We were also frustrated with the slow and unstable Wi-Fi connection.

Located in the foothills, the view outside our room was breathtaking. the room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony - perfect for a family with children. the staff was very helpful and provided storage space for our bicycles. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. the restaurant served delicious food. the only downside was limited parking space, but we were able to park on the surrounding roads.

First of all, the hotel is situated in the beautiful Eifel area, nestled in the foothills of the stunning Eiffel mountains. The peaceful vista from the rooms, overlooking the river, adds to the charm of the location. Secondly, the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Lastly, the attention to detail in the rooms is superb, with clean and nicely appointed spaces that come with the added bonus of a balcony to enjoy.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to fault.

Beautiful nature & great food! the hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by nature with a small river running through. the breakfast selection was great with plenty of variety and choice.

Limited options for afternoon snacks. the restaurant didn't offer any snacks in the afternoon, only drinks.
